Three Dinners

What a wonderful Thanksgiving we had. We went to three dinners. You heard right 3.
The first one was with our church family. There was a lot of great food.I think I ate to much.LOL A lot of wonderful visiting .Of course I forgot to take picture.I had the camera in my purse tho,I no that don't count Ha,Ha

The second one was with our children and a few other family members. When the kids started their own family's I did not want to put pressure on them. So I have our the Saturday after Thanksgiving ,But this year it was the Sunday before, The oldest son had to work the weekend after. Now some may think I am being selfish so I can have all my kids for dinner. No not me!We don't have the traditional Thanksgiving dinner. We are usually tired of turkey by this time.So we just have finger foods. We had a wonderful time. Here are some pictures
Kids playing a game

Now the third dinner was with my Grandmother(94),my Dad, Sister & Brother and their family's.Now this is on Thanksgiving day.My sister & I used to do all the cooking now the younger do most of it.But I still like to help out.
Here are some pictures of that one.

Nice pictures! I like the idea of having finger foods... especially if you are having so much turkey! We had duck instead this year. My son, Thomas says that the carcass will make the most excellent soup. So pretty soon I'm going to have the whole troop over again for duck soup! I voted on your poll... :)

We did 4 dinners and I really liked the idea of finger foods because it is different and I don't much like turkey.

I wish I could have made to Thanksgiving at Laura and Dan's. I agree finger foods sound good, cause I am not real big on turkey either.

Well, as you can tell, my girls are crazy. I love turkey!!! I had four dinners also. I had anything from finger foods to eating at Ryan's. I love being with my family and God's family. It's a ray of sunshine and hope on this ol' sinful world. Since you won't wake up and talk to me on messenger, I'll see you tomorrow morning, Lord Willing!!

Love ya!
